Start your activation process by helping us identify your device so we can link your device to your account.



You'll need to enter your device's serial number, often called an ESN, MEID or IMEI/MEID.

  • It can be either 11, 14 or 18 characters long and can be either all numbers or a combination of letters and numbers.
  • It can be found on the device's packaging, on the back of the device, or behind the battery.

where to find your SIM ID

Your SIM ID is a 15-digit number that begins with "0008" and is printed on the back of your SIM Card or on the box that the device came in.

Your IMEI is a 15-digit number that is printed in the battery compartment or on the box that the device came in.
