Enter your phone information

Start your activation process by helping us identify your phone so we can link your phone to your account.

You'll need to enter your phone's serial number, often called an ESN, MEID or IMEI/MEID.

  • It can be either 11, 14 or 18 characters long and can be either all numbers or a combination of letters and numbers.
  • It can be found on the phone's packaging, on the back of the phone, or behind the battery.

where to find your SIM ID

Your SIM ID is a 15-digit number that begins with "0008" and is printed on the back of your SIM Card or on the box that the phone came in.
